Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the ind89 platform is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ind89 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will request documentary proof of age during KYC verification.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf. Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of ind89, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless ind89's written consent has been obtained.
• You must not reside in, or access the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether accessing ind89 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by ind89 or any gambling regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the ind89 Services, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide, at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, a valid email address, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number for account verification purposes.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, name, or payment method identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. ind89 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to verify the continued accuracy of account information.

3.3 One Account Per Household

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active ind89 account. ind89 monitors registration data, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment method metadata to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ind89 will close all except the original account and may forfeit any balances or winnings associated with the duplicate account(s).

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ind89 will require Members to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests above defined thresholds, and reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account showing your registered name) will also be required. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by ind89 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ind89 account credentials, including your username and password. ind89 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify ind89 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ind89 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until ind89 support has been notified and the account has been secured.

Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ind89 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be made available at ind89's discretion from time to time.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. ind89 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ind89 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Own-Name Deposits Only

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own legal name, matching the name on your ind89 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If ind89 identifies a mismatch between the depositor name and the registered account holder name, the funds will be returned to the originating account and the deposit will be declined.

5.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly. Deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other Indonesian banks) are processed within 1–10 minutes subject to banking system availability. ind89 does not guarantee deposit processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. A minimum deposit of real funds must have been made before any withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawal requests will be subject to KYC verification where applicable.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed within the Member's account dashboard and may be updated periodically. ind89 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification requirements for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

6.3 Processing Times

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically processed within 3–15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): Typically processed within 10–60 minutes of approval.
• Accounts pending KYC review: Withdrawals will be held until KYC verification is completed satisfactorily.

ind89 targets same-day withdrawal processing for all verified accounts. Processing times are indicative only and may be affected by banking system maintenance, public holidays (including Idul Fitri and other Indonesian national holidays), or enhanced compliance review requirements.

6.4 Withdrawal Refusal

ind89 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC documentation has not been provided; (b) the withdrawal would leave a balance insufficient to cover pending bonus wagering requirements; (c) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct; or (d) the payment method details provided do not match the Member's registered account information.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

ind89 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal campaigns to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), expiry period, and maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement and a value of Rp 100.000 requires a total of Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. ind89 will clearly state the wagering requirement for each promotion at the time the offer is presented.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ind89 monitors betting patterns to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements (e.g., covering all outcomes of a market), coordinated betting across multiple accounts, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Where bonus abuse is detected, ind89 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, suspend the account, or permanently close the account.

7.4 Seasonal Promotions

ind89 runs seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events, including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These promotions carry their own specific terms and are available to eligible active Members during the defined promotional period only. ind89 does not guarantee that any specific seasonal promotion will be repeated in future periods.

Betting Rules

8.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook bets placed on ind89 are subject to the ind89 Sportsbook Rules, which are published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and the Sportsbook Rules on a specific matter relating to sportsbook bets, the Sportsbook Rules will prevail. ind89 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to pricing errors, technical faults, or data feed failures.

8.2 Live Casino

All live casino games are subject to the rules of the respective game and the policies of the game studio providing the live stream (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or others). In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, bets already confirmed by the game server will stand and be settled according to the outcome recorded by the game server.

8.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator technology, independently audited for fairness. ind89 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual slot titles are available within the game interface or upon request to support. The slot gacor (high-payout slots) category reflects titles with above-average RTP or variance profiles as assessed at the time of curation; actual payouts are subject to natural statistical variance.

8.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on ind89 are conducted by third-party draw operators. ind89 displays draw results as reported by those operators and settles bets accordingly. ind89 accepts no liability for errors in draw results as reported by third-party operators, though where an error is identified, ind89 will make reasonable efforts to correct the settlement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ind89 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

1. Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with ind89.
3. Using the platform while under 21 years of age or registering an account on behalf of a minor.
4. Depositing or withdrawing funds using third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.
5. Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable system error are void.
6. Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human access method to interact with the platform or place bets.
7. Engaging in match-fixing, corrupt activity, or insider betting on any sport, esports tournament, or other event available on ind89.
8. Engaging in money laundering or using the ind89 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the ind89 platform, odds data, or proprietary technology.
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing ind89 staff, agents, or other members through any communication channel.

Account Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your ind89 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after any applicable wagering requirements are resolved. Bonus credits that have not completed their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

10.2 Closure by ind89

ind89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where ind89 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the account poses a fraud, compliance, or reputational risk to the platform; (c) a regulatory obligation requires it; or (d) the Member is using the platform in a jurisdiction where ind89 Services are not permitted.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to exclude themselves from the ind89 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ind89's total liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or in relation to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ind89 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, whether foreseeable or not;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by a Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary;
• Any tax liability arising from a Member's winnings in their jurisdiction of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits ind89's liability for death or personal injury caused by ind89's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ind89 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ind89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any platform software; use ind89 branding or trademarks without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on any ind89 proprietary material.

Privacy & Data

ind89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an ind89 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by ind89 is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance. ind89 does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification services, game studios).

Amendments to These Terms

ind89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ind89 will notify active Members via the email address registered to their account and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the ind89 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change. The version number and last-updated date at the top of this page indicate the currently effective version of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ind89 holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ind89's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of a recognized international arbitration institution, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence to the extent those rights cannot be waived by contract.
